I am excited to finally start a fashion blog. I have loved fashion and all things fashion since I was young. I have a professional career that I also love but has nothing to do with fashion. One of my friends told me I should start a blog and while I thought it was a good idea, part of me thought why? For what? It will just be more work and I have enough on my plate. But yesterday, as I was leaving church, I put my aviator sunglasses on and checked my lip gloss in the mirror. That is when I noticed my freshwater pearl necklace with matching pearl earrings and I thought "Aviators and Pearls" ... what an awesome combination; that is what you should call your blog.
Aviators and pearls are, essentially, my style. I am trendy yet classic; edgy yet chic; sophisticated and classy at all times, - not only in dress but in decorum. These are the standards that I try to uphold at all times.
When people see you, they remember what you wear and how you presented yourself. My motto is to always dress to impress but remain appropriate, tasteful, and always classy.
Also, aviators make me think of planes and planes fly in the sky where heaven is located. I am a woman of God and He is the most important man in my life.
I hope this blog will inspire others as I have also been inspired by other blogs. I want to use this blog as a place to give tips on clothes, hair, makeup, show some of my favorite outfits and share my love for all things holy and chic <3
